The new single from Yams and Odessa Kane is now out on all streaming platforms and the official music video is now on YouTube. This is the 3rd single from their album dropping in late July titled, W.O.R.D. aka Written Over Raw Drums. This track “Roll Out” wasn’t originally slated to be one of the singles but we made a last second pivot and I’m glad we did.

Then, after we decided to shift to “Roll Out” as a single, we quickly started coming up with ideas for a music video. Without any big budget in sight, we hit a secluded parking garage on a Sunday afternoon and proceeded to knock everything out in 2 hours. We had the Chris G. Cleary Collective handling the visuals and it was a team effort working through the story boards until the final execution

In post-production, we still had ideas flowing as it’s not just a music video that gets dropped nowadays because if you can get people to YouTube to watch your video that is the biggest accomplishment of them all. Instead, you have to catch the attention of current/potential fans with quick engaging content on social media across IG posts, IG reels, IG stories, IG Threads, YouTube shorts, YouTube posts, TikTok posts, and TikTok stories. Then you need to add the video to your bio or LinkTree… you could maybe put the track on SoundCloud… you have to use DistroKid or another distribution platform to get your music to all of the streaming services. Maybe you push on LinkedIn… you better get it on some Spotify playlists… you better comment on all of the content you just pushed out. It’s a full time hustle trying to get music seen and heard and we’re here for it all because we believe in the finished product. Here is “Roll Out”…
